It started with a farmer from La Hoya wanting to sell his own crop.
The company was founded in 1999 by Francisco Mula Vera, a farmer from La Hoya de Lorca, in order to market his own produce. It has grown in facilities and volume ever since, always with the same aim: to achieve excellent quality.
Today that means two owned packhouses between Lorca and Totana, production spread across three regions and a refrigerated fleet leaving for Europe every day.

Eleven varieties across twelve months. Production moves between the Levante, Andalusia and Castilla-La Mancha so that no cell is ever left empty, which is exactly what a buyer needs to know before committing to an annual programme.
From seed to shelf
Five links,
one single lot number
Traceability is not a badge on the wall: it means any box arriving at a warehouse in Rotterdam can be traced back to the exact plot and seed lot it came from.

Seed
Every batch starts from an identified seed lot. It is the first link in the traceability chain: everything downstream hangs from that number.

Field
Over 1,500 hectares across the Levante, Andalusia and Castilla-La Mancha. Production moves with the season so that no week is ever left uncovered.

Harvest
Hand cut in the field and boxed on the spot. Hours pass between cutting and cold store, not days: that is what protects shelf life at destination.

Cold chain and packing
Pre-cooling, packing lines and cold store. Two owned facilities, La Hoya and Totana, certified to BRCGS and IFS for private-label packing.

Destination
Own refrigerated fleet and daily dispatch to 22 countries. From cut to European shelf without breaking the cold chain or losing the lot number.
